The Company
The Company JOÃO ROSA & RAFAEL SILVA, Statutory Auditing Company, Lda. was founded in 1994 by public deed at the 21st Notary Office of Lisbon under the name of RUI ASCENÇÃO & ESTEVES AFONSO, SROC.
On May 30th, 2011 by public deed the company changed its name to RUI ASCENÇÃO & JOÃO ROSA, Statutory Auditing Company, with the entry of partner João Rosa.
On January 30th, 2021 by final decision of the Registration Committee of the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas – OROC), the Firm adopted its current name of JOÃO ROSA & RAFAEL SILVA, Statutory Auditing Company, Lda.
Its business activity complies with the technical standards and guidelines issued by the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors (OROC) and by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
JOÃO ROSA & RAFAEL SILVA, SROC, LDA. is registered in the OROC under nº 129 and in the CMVM under nº 20161446.

Our services are provided for in the Statutes of the Portuguese Institute of Statutory Auditors (OROC) approved by Decree Law nº 487/99 of 16 November, as amended by Decree Law nº 224/2008 of 20 November and by Law nº 140/2015 of 7 September.
